The shocking footage was obtained by a Portuguese outlet and shared on X following the match; the man is believed to have been a Portugal fan who attempted to run onto the pitch during the match, resulting in being violently beaten by the stewards. Another man, believed to be his friend, attempts to intervene but is wrestled to the ground.
