In 1988/1989, when only 18 years old, Jean Charles Moyen recorded an audio file of his experiences as a “starseed” who had incarnated on Earth with powerful psychic abilities and frequent contact experiences with his extraterrestrial “family”. He described some of his telekinetic and teleportation experiences, as well as threats by the mysterious Men In Black who knew about his origins and abilities.

In 1992, one year after completing compulsory military service for France, and secretly returning from a “20 and back” program from 1991 to 2011, Moyen went on a popular French radio show hosted by Jimmy Guieu, who has been compared to the legendary Art Bell. He described to Guieu, his experiences with extraterrestrials at a military base formerly used by the US Air Force, witnessing a triangle-shaped UFO that was likely part of the secret space program he served on, and again being threatened by the Men in Black.

After suffering a Near Death Experience and losing some of his memories, Moyen forgot all about his recorded tapes. After coming forward with his first interview to the English-speaking world in Dec 2021 on Exopolitics Today, Moyen has shared many more details about his “20 and back” service with a joint US-French secret space program.

Rather than contriving his memories from previous secret space program witnesses dating back to Michael Relfe in 2000 and Randy Cramer in 2014, as some debunkers contend, what the two lost tapes conclusively show is that as a teenager in 1988 and a young adult in 1992, Moyen was already sharing key details of his incredible experiences as a contactee and SSP participant for posterity. Critically, Moyen had befriended and shared key details of his experiences with Guieu who visited Moyen at his family home and met his parents to corroborate the former's incredible stories.

On February 20, 2024, JP was sent on a five-man mission to an underground location in an icy cold region of the US. He was taken by a Blackhawk helicopter, where he and his companions were drugged and woken up when they arrived at the destination. They were dressed in black outfits equipped with radio-connected masks and proceeded to enter a giant underground cavern that was very cold with ice. They saw a large underground castle-like building that was covered by ornate gothic-style architecture with many mythological figures depicted including gargoyles.

There were other military teams at the location filling shipping containers with gold plates, each weighing around 25 lbs (11 kgs) and shaped like a frisbee. Each shipping container was marked with a different destination around the planet, suggesting that a deal had been reached where the gold and artifacts from the ancient castle would be shared with an international alliance of some kind. Is this part of a plan to launch gold backed currencies?

JP next witnessed several very tall beings, over 6ft 6in (2 meters) also wearing masks guarding a doorway, who he suspected were non-human. JP talked with a short-haired Nordic who said he was there to study and catalog the artifacts. There was also a Gray-like entity that was also studying the artifacts and watching the actions of the different teams. JP’s team proceeded to load one of the shipping containers with the gold plates and finished when it was loaded.

JP supplied two illustrations of his military team traveling to the underground location and the castle, and took a video of the end of the mission where he and his team arrived back on Blackhawk helicopters at night. He concluded that his team’s role was to observe and reveal the mission to the general public.

Eve Lorgen has been assisting hundreds of alien abductees heal trauma and recover memories since 1992 when she completed a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. She first became interested in extraterrestrial encounters as a child when she had her own abduction experience. Lorgen has learned about a hierarchy of alien beings involved in abducting humans that begin with Grays, Insectoids, Reptilians, and a mysterious group she calls the primordials, similar to the Fallen Angels or Watchers.

Lorgen has also assisted individuals in recovering memories of military abductions that typically follow the alien encounters. The former are far more aggressive and lead to many traumatic memories by individuals who suffered at the hands of military personnel. She has learned that alien technology involving consciousness or soul transfer has been transferred to military groups and used on involuntary human subjects.

Her two books, The Alien Love Bite (2000) and The Dark Side of Cupid (2012) explain how alien abductors manipulate their human subjects by encouraging them to fall in love with individuals who are part of an unknown agenda. Lorgen believes that many cases of individuals believing they’ve found a twin flame may be contrived by aliens as part of a long-term genetic experiment. She believes that more positive extraterrestrials (aka angels) have a more hands-off approach to humans and can assist individuals in dire circumstances.

On November 4, 2023, JP encountered a Nordic-looking extraterrestrial who landed in a flying saucer-shaped craft similar to one that JP photographed in 2018. The Nordic, whose name is Jafis, wore a distinctive baggy pants type of uniform, a style similar to what is worn by Indians or in the Middle East.

Jafis told JP that the Atlantic space ark had relocated to the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, making it inaccessible to surface humanity as it was being increasingly ‘worshipped’, and this was becoming a problem. Consequently, the Nordics were taking increased control over all the arks and restricting access to Earth militaries.

JP further said that he felt very peaceful inside the Nordic spacecraft and consequently accepted a drink with a blue substance inside it. Jafis told JP that the substance would remain inside his system for a long time as it would be absorbed by his bones. The substance would allow the Nordics to better track and monitor JP. It made him feel very good and enlightened. Soon after, JP began getting urges to become innovative again and build healing technologies using crystals.

Yusif became very emotional at one point and revealed to JP that a temporal war was causing much damage to different timelines. JP was told that he would be taken by the Nordics in a future mission to view some of the timelines that were being shown to the militaries of different nations, aka the Earth Alliance. JP says that a friend took a video of Jafis’ departing spacecraft, and he is attempting to get a copy for public release.
