What it does show is over $142,000 in donations over 19 years that are all democrats (outside of Bush/Cheney and Elise Stefanik).

There are 3 blocks on the Itemized Receipt - and each block A, B, C represents a different and likely unrelated contribution. For example, the presence of "ActBlue" next to Julie's "Biden for President" contribution is not related - nor is the other Julie Kelly in Virginia.
