On Nov. 9, some intriguing subpoenas and letters were issued by the GOP Oversight Committee to Hunter Bidenâs business associates Eric Schwerin and Mervyn Yan, his gallerist, George Bergès, and his art patron, Elizabeth Naftali, requiring them to appear for depositions.
In addition to the subpoenas, letters requesting transcribed interviews were sent to Carol Fox, Joey Langston, John Hynansky, and Jason Galanis. All of these names should have some degree of familiarity as weâve covered these associates of the Biden family at some point during previous shows.

âThe government has already said UFOs are real in some ways ... at least, the data is real,â said Garry Nolan, a professor at Stanford University and the founder of the SOL Foundation, a premier center for research on unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP).
This month, a bipartisan group of lawmakers hosted a congressional hearing on UAP, formerly referred to as UFOs.
Witnesses testified about the threat to national security posed by potential incursions into U.S. airspace, while criticizing the Pentagon for shrouding many UAP documents in secrecy, according to an Epoch Times article.
âDonât wait for Daddy Government to do something. Disclosure can come from the public. Waiting for the government to make up its mind is like waiting for them to, you know, refund your tax check. Donât sit around waiting for it. Go out and do it yourself,â said Nolan.
In todayâs episode, Nolan will explain how he became involved in UFO research and what he experienced during some of the unusual investigations.

He has published over 350 research articles, holds 50 U.S. patents, and has been recognized as one of the top 25 inventors at Stanford University.
âThe thing that angers me the most is when I see opportunity lost. Usually, what I tell students is, âIf you know youâre right and you can see the steps to get there clearly, donât let somebody else dissuade you. Donât let them demoralize you. Just do it.ââ
In addition to his research, Nolan has founded several biotechnology companies, two of which are currently trading on NASDAQ.

,1,A Tampa Police Reserve Officer says his department-issued service weapon fired without pulling the trigger, seriously injuring him. The 30-year veteran of the force is now suing the company that manufactures the firearm. Last February, Bob Northrop was working an extra duty assignment as a TPD Reserve Officer patrolling Jefferson High School during a baseball game. Northrop says he was standing just feet from students and their families when his hand brushed his holstered service weapon. The 69-year-old needed emergency surgery after a 9mm hollow-point bullet shattered his leg and ankle, causing permanent injuries.Last week, Northrop and his legal team filed a civil suit against gun maker Sig Sauer "âŚfor the design, manufacture, sale, distribution, inadequate warnings related to an unreasonably dangerous and defective firearm." The suit says the P320 handgun can fire with just a bump, tap, vibration or drop. Putting officers and everyone around them at risk of being shot, injured or killed. FOX 13 News reached out to both the Tampa Police Department and Sig Sauer about this lawsuit. TPD says it does not comment on pending litigation, and so far, Sig Sauer has not gotten back to us.

,1,South African Justice Minister Ronald Lamola outlined his country's case at the United Nationsâ top court Thursday accusing Israel of genocide against the Palestinians in Gaza.
South African lawyers said during the opening arguments that the latest Gaza war is part of a decadeslong oppression of the Palestinians by Israel. Israel has vehemently denied the allegations. South African lawyers asked judges to impose binding preliminary orders on Israel, including an immediate halt to Israelâs military campaign in Gaza.
Minister Lamola said the Oct. 7 Hamas attack from Gaza into southern Israel that killed around 1,200 people and saw some 250 others taken hostage by militants is "no justification for any form of genocide."
"We believe that without the intervention of this court from the international community, we will see the total destruction of the Palestinian people in Gaza," he added.
Israelâs air, ground and sea assault in Gaza has killed more than 23,000 people, two-thirds of them women and children, according to the Health Ministry in the Hamas-ruled territory. The count does not differentiate between civilians and combatants.

Three self-described FBI whistleblowers who are key to the Republican narrative that the FBI is weaponized against conservatives will testify in a House hearing on Thursday, the latest escalation of House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordanâs investigation into allegations of discrimination and bias within the FBI.
The hearing comes one day after the FBI said it revoked the security clearances of three agents who either attended the January 6 2021, riot at the US Capitol or espoused alternate theories about the Capitol attack, according to a letter the FBI sent the subcommittee on Wednesday, a copy of which was obtained by CNN.
At least two of those agents â Marcus Allen and Steve Friend â are among the individuals testifying before the panel on Thursday.

In a short speech full of vitriol, Mr Putin vowed to bring the organisers of the revolt "to justice".
